How to Lose 30 lbs Safe and Fast

Read labels and eliminate white, bleach, or enriched flour products. Bread falls into this category. Whole grain is OK but most breads are made from enriched or bleached flour, which converts to sugar much faster and stimulates excess insulin production. This keeps the body from efficiently burning fat.
