How to Lose 15 lbs in 3 Months

Here are simple tips you can do to lose 15 lbs in the next 3 months. Your goal is to lose between 1 and 2 lbs each week at a consistent pace. With a little discipline and preservation, you can lose all the weight you want.

  1. Reduce daily calorie intake to 1200 to 1400 calories if you are a woman. Men should consume 1600 to 1800 calories per day.

     
  2. Exercise daily. The easiest exercise to lose weight is a fast pace walk for 25 minutes, 5 times per week. You can also cycle outside or indoors using a stationary bike with back support.
